About us

I started in the bakery trade with my husband back in 1982 in the historic town of Rye east Sussex.

It all started in a traditional old fashion bakery that you would expect in a Cinque Ports town. I have managed to smuggle all the old fashioned recipes of years gone by and combined it with modern day designs to create the perfect cake.

In 1990 we sold up a leasehold business and moved to Pinchbeck near Spalding, it was their that I discovered my love of cake decorating.

With these skills I produced my first three tier wedding cake in 1993 and found that I was lucky enough to have the flair for it.

It was then i decided to go to Peterborough Regional college to get a my qualifications, i completed my city and guilds part 1and 2 in creative design in sugarcraft.

Since then i have self taught my self to be able to desgin and produce the cakes for your perfect day.

I am now based in the town of Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex and am able to deliver your cake anywhere in mainland UK. Please feel free to arrange appointments with me or simply give me a call to talk about any designs for your cake or if you simply require a quote.
